    Contacted the seller as soon as I made the purchase by mistake. Seller got back to me hours later and said that the product was shipped. Customer care promised a full refund. Seller denied my return. Do not buy from this seller! Item is still in original packaging!

    Cancelation after item was shipped. Buyer demands full refund even after my expedite effort & expense. Duh..

    The seller listed headphone ear tips as silicone and memory foam. All were silicone. No memory foam. I told the seller they were not what I ordered and he said to return the item for a refund. I asked him who will pay for the shipping and he will not responded. Bait and switch. Very deceptive seller. Not recommended.

    Buyer refuse to file return the item with eBay which provides rerurn label. It's obvious buy has diffrent agenda.
