  very happy to find this really was a new factory sealed box, as advertised, despite the product being discontinued ten years ago. pricing was on par for some "unused open box" options from others. Ordered Saturday night, received a shipping tracking number before I woke up Monday, and it obviously was in shipper's hands soon after. Direct swap in for the dead one I bought when they were new. WARNING: you'll have all sorts of problems using EYETV on a modern Mac, but works great on Lion.
