  I purchased these on 7/21 as the seller had a 100 percent rating. The listing said the cars would be mailed within 3 days. I emailed the seller 4 times since then asking if there was an issue as it is now 8/8. Never received a response to any of my inquiries. I requested a refund and eBay stated the seller “rejected my refund ” and I will have to wait until tomorrow to go through the hassle of getting my money back through EBay. EBay should boot this seller off the platform! Scammers
