  Seller very accommodating to alter the size of the poles to better fit my small dog. Items arrived on time and well packaged, with detailed instructions for assembly and already marked with tape. Jump cups are PVC as well, not filmsy soft plastic. True to the ad, there are PVC markings on the pipes, but again - true to the ad - the dog doesn't care! Multiple ways to assemble these for different set-ups, altho I just needed more jumps. Good value :-)

But I decided after receiving them, that I wanted a more competition grade quality with a metal base and less assembly involved’ so I did return them. The return process was simple and easy.
