  Audio item arrived quickly but damaged. I contacted seller numerous times, but the only response was that they paid a lot for shipping. I tried to explain that heavy equipment needs more packing material for it to survive a trip. Speakers no longer function. I’m out $300.

  Overall a good sewing machine for the price. There was a missing piece not mentioned in the description (stitch pattern plate) and the bobbin area was packed full of lint. I will have to pay to get the machine serviced before I can use it. All the features work as expected and it is a very quiet and smooth sewing machine. I viewed one locally that was $200 more so even with shipping and servicing this was a good value for me.
