    Purchased an incorrect emblem for my vehicle by accident. Package was never opened, can’t use it. When I asked the seller if I could please return it, they immediately declined my return. I don’t believe it’s good business refusing to work with a customer who made an honest mistake.

    Buyer did not read my policy. In good faith I refunded the item less shipping and fees which is fair. Communication is key a stated in my policy. Most buyers fail to mention the truth in all reviews!!!!!
