  Great communication with this seller. The bat I ordered was damaged, so they reached out and asked how I would like to proceed. They sent me a comparable bat that they were selling at a higher price at no extra charge. The bat itself was brand new, still wrapped in the original plastic. My daughter loves the way it looks and feels. I will be coming to them next year when she needs to go up a size.

  We waited until the very last second to decide which bat to get my daughter for her birthday. After sending a message explaining the situation, I was informed the warehouse was closed on weekends and it appeared we did not order in time. That is until I woke up Monday morning with a message from the warehouse manager offering to ship overnight for free. Exceptional service above and beyond what I would expect, on top of a great price for a great bat. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again!
