  I live locally and agreed to pickup. Confirmed a date and time with seller. On that day the seller never answered the phone number they provided. That evening they apologized and gave me an excuse their phone "went out". They offered to ship at no charge. Two days later said they had shipped the item and would provide a tracking #. The next day they cancelled the order claiming "their little brother shipped to another person". Irresponsible sellers like this do not belong on Ebay.
