  Came in all alive minuses the ones the other ate! But other then that. Packaging was nice and came in right on time. Seller answered my question in a timely manner. Overall a positive experience. Would highly recommend and would buy from again!

  Items shipped later than was ideal, then were scheduled for a Saturday hold that that I wasn’t able to get to until the following Monday. (I was on vacay). Then the PO lost the box. Yes, I had an ATTITUDE about it. But, to the seller’s credit, they didn’t match my energy. They still gave me helpful info and exhibited a lot of patience with me AND the process of locating the missing isopods. A full week later, the PO found them and they were A L I V E. I was amazed. I’m still amazed. 10/10

So sorry to hear about the Rubber Duckies you ordered elsewhere that did not make it. I only ship hardy species in the winter for this reason. Hopefully the postal workers understand the process of "holding at post office" a little better!Note to viewer: holding at post office changes your address to the post office address so ask for your name + PO address.

  Seller did communicate with me. However, seller was more concerned about asking me how his bio looked, than helping me after all 25 insects arrived crushed to death. Seller used USPS, 2 day priority (not shipped as fragile) and it took 10 days to arrive. Box beaten up, every single isopod shaken to death. Substrate a heavy soil/clay contributing to deaths. Seller ignored my problems, did not say they’d switch to moss and better FRAGILE shipping. Good source for dead bugs only. Do better seller!

  I am just going to address this message to prospective buyers who may be seeing this. Isopods have strong exoskeletons so top soil is fine. The buyer left their package at the post office for over a week. Safe to say that was not good. There were live insect stickers on 2 of 4 sides which is the proper shipping procedure because they are insects, not fragile. I have shipped nearly 1,000 orders this way. During conversation, the buyer seemed to be replying to a different conversation entirely??

  Despite USPS delaying delivery, these guys not only arrived on time but also came with some babies in there! Definitely will purchase from 123insects again if we want more varieties! Top notch communication as well!
