Before choosing this seller last time, I tried getting keys duplicated at local Ace Hardware using the original key, and they were never able to get it right and refunded me after multiple attempts. This seller only uses photos and gets it right each time, keys work perfectly. Thanks for great service and fast shipping.

    I ordered keys for my Prius, based on the lock code found on the lock, not a photo, as I had lost both originals. Communication with the seller was slow, he replied only once per day so it took a long time to answer several question. I found the item descriptions to be confusing. It was unclear that “2 (E) KeyS” was quantity 2. I think they should rename this to “2 matching cut keys” or similar. I also didn’t really appreciate the Christian proselytizing messages and pamphlet in the package.
