Product works as intended. It's high in fiber low carb, also water soluble. Adding this product and eating other healthy foods results in weight loss. I practice intermediate fasting and eating the noodles helps you keep that full feeling during fasting. Make sure you follow the directions carefully. When first opening the sealed bag the product smells awful. After they are rinsed the issue is resolved. Great value. Nice that several choices are available.

I've been looking for more no/low carb options in my diet, so I decided to try this product. Totally not what I expected. Thought it was a dry pasta, but it comes packed in a solution that smells fishy when you open the pouch. On top of that, the consistency of the noodles is pretty disgusting. Definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.
