I'm really torn over how to rate this. For the price I paid, this is a massive bargain. The price was great for this refurbished unit and I'd buy the same one again. It was easy to get going. I struggled with the WiFi setup because it didn't want to connect. I had to manually connect to it with my phone and the instructions on doing that weren't clear. In the end I did get it connected. The vacuum picks up my two cats tumbleweeds very well and is easy to empty. The lower ratings come in how inefficient it is. It seems to cover the same areas repeatedly while leaving sections untouched. I think if I left it for the entire duration of how long it would like to run, it would by chance cover virtually all of it, but I stopped it after 70 minutes because it was spending more time covering the same sections repeatedly and still missing a couple of spots. Maybe another 30 minutes might have happened to hit the missed spots, or next vacuuming session might get those. At least the spots missed weren't huge. It got comical where it would get out of the kitchen, start moseying over to where it missed before, and before it could get there, it somehow bumps its way back over to the kitchen again for the 9th time. Looks to me like the algorithm includes some random events and the randomness does what randomness does. I would suppose that's the sort of algorithm we'll see from a lower end model and perhaps there are some more sophisticated algorithms in the more expensive models, including possibly some kind of intelligent mapping that will ensure a more efficient and even coverage. But I didn't buy one of those, so it won't make sense for me to penalize the lower end model much for what I didn't pay extra for. I still feel like I need to knock a bit off for the difficulty in getting the WiFi connected, which should not depend on how much I paid, and somewhat for the inefficiency in the coverage just because.Read full review

This Roomba was a refurbished unit and looks brand new. it has problems redocking after being used and I have to manually lift it and put it on the base correctly to recharge. when its working, it works great in my dog hair home. it connects well with the app and lets me know when its stuck on something ( like my lamp base). I use it twice a week and seems like a good number of days for me. No instructions came on care and maintenance of the unit and I had to figure it out by online research.

Works as promised. I have 90% carpet and works like a charm on either floor. Pick up potential snags on the floor and it will run for a little over an hour doing what its suppose to do. Empty after every run or 2nd and you will see it still finds stuff. I let mine go in sections 1-2 rooms at a time and think thats way more efficient . Overall a great little toy. Some comments were owners state issues because they have little kids and pets running around while they use it are just silly.Send them outside while roomba works ;)

Love these little robots and they are much cheaper to buy a little older model that is unused than to buy a new model at regular store.

The first time of use it vacuum for 1:26 hrs, the second it only vacuum the house for 1:03 hrs and it went to the dock by itself due to low battery. It is schedule to repeat again tomorrow and hope for 1:30 of vacuum as it is supposedly to work.
