I really like this battery pack however, there is no hole on the bottom of the case for the S Pen that attaches to the Samsung Note. I was a little scared when I first attached it to my phone because it seems like it would not hold tight enough. It holds the phone in very well though. I'm just a little disappointed that there is no place for the S Pen since I am a daily user of the stylus. Overall, this is definitely a good product and is needed for everyone that uses their phone on a regular basis and doesn't want to cart around the plug.

It is great to have a battery charger and protective cover all in one. This one even has a cap on the case for the S pen, which is the most important tool of the Note. The one flaw is that the plug in connector is USB 3.0, which we had none just laying around the house or car.

THE CASE FEELS GOOD. BUT 3 THINGS COULD BE BETTER: 1.- SPEAKER HOLES NEEDS TO BE BIGGER BECAUSE SOUND IS BETTER W/O CASE. 2.- THERE IS NO PROTECTION ON TOP EDGES OF THE PHONE. 3.- IT NEEDS AN EXTRA BUTTON TO CHARGE THE CASE CAUSE SOMETIMES YOU TURN ON CHARGER INSIDE POCKET BY ACCIDENT. OTHER THAN THAT. I LOVE TO HAVE 4800MAH EXTRA WITH ME AL THE TIME.

As far as solving the battery life problem I had, this battery works great. The problem is, it affects my reception and I have to take it off the phone to make a call in limited reception areas...not so good.
