Cameras work really well and set up was extremely easy. So happy I didn't have to spend hundreds of dollars on cameras that I originally had but could no longer use due to the monitor breaking. I was unable to pair my old cameras to a new monitor which made all four of them useless. With these cameras, your phone, tablet or iPad or any other device you may have that you can download the zmodo free app, can be used as your monitor. If I am away from home and want to check in on my teenager, I can at anytime. You can even talk back and forth! I didn't find a need for the cloud service. The app keeps your motion recordings for 3 days and because I check it daily, the recordings I don't need I delete and the ones I choose to keep I either download or email to myself. I would give these cameras 5 stars if only they recorded motion continuously but they don't. It captures the initial movement , however if movement is continuous, it will stop recording for a few minutes and then begin recording again. The recordings are around 15 seconds. It's an inexpensive camera with a nice wide angle that fits my needs. I use it for monitoring my dog while I'm away from my home. After setting up the meShare app with my iPhone and logging on, I can view her on three separate cameras. I bought one originally and it worked great, so I found a good deal for a two camera set. My only issue was the time it took to connect to my home wifi. It can be quite lengthy. The company has good tech support but basically it just takes lots of patience connecting the camera to your home wifi. Just keep doing the Zink setup procedure repeatedly and be sure to write down your home wifi name exactly as named when prompted. Once you get that solid blue light you're good to go. You can unplug the camera and relocate it to a permanent spot and within minutes it reconnects automatically to wifi again.Read full review

I was a bit hesitant at first after reading the other reviews... The picture and sound are GREAT!!! Tricky to set up...But once you get going it works like a charm!!! Hi definition, and I am able to two-way communicate with my son when he comes home from school... I know the moment that he walks in and set down the keys, because the cameras have a motion and sound detection feature that alerts me once it is triggered... not to mention the night vision that shows the video just as if the lights were on.... I can not say enough about these cameras... But I can't wait to order another set!

I installed three of these cameras to supplement the cameras in my home security system. The image quality is great, and the mic provides great audio though the app. Set was easy as well. The only negative is the the volume on the camera itself is low. I can hear my activity around the camera great, but the volume is very low when I try to talk back. Overall it is a great camera for the price.
