I love my 9mm 19, first pistol I owned. I decided to do some updating and enhancing and I bought two Pro Mag G17 mags. Well then I found these which I preferred to other options and everyone said they wouldn't fit. So I decided to take the risk, and I'm here to say, minus an unnoticeably small gap in the seating between the X-grip and the base of the magazine(or base of the pistol depending on which side you leave the gap on). Overall I'm extremely happy, waiting on my hogue grip. And this subcompact will fit my " I can almost palm a basket ball" size hands.. plus the x grip just looks really good, the contours are smooth and fit the gun and are plain beautiful. But these instead of whatever else your looking at.

I ordered one to see what I thought about it, and immediately ordered two more after I got it in. My preferred Glock is the Model 45 (9mm), but the Dept I work for uses .40. I am the Training Officer, so I carry a compact Model 23 in plain clothes. Having these mag sleeves makes that 23 as close as it will be to a Model 45. I had read reviews before I bought them that they could pinch your palm on mag changes, and I can see that. I've just learned to adjust a little.

This is for my Glock 23 to convert it from a 13 round to 15 round. A bit expensive (as well as the Glock 22 mags that you'll need). The thing you don't realize until you put these on your mags is that it adds a huge piece of plastic to the end of your mag that can catch everything as well as your hand that is holding your Glock when inserting the mag. You have to move the bottom of your hand a bit so it does not clipped by the xgrip as you slam it into the grip! In any event, it does work.

If you want to increase the magazine capacity of your Glock and don't want to deal with the hassle of removing the base plate of your magazines then these are the way to go. They couldn't be easier to install, simply slipping over the outside of the magazine. Once in place they offer additional gripping surface in addition to the increased capacity. I cannot recommend these highly enough. I experimented with a variety of magazine extensions before finally discovering these and I wish I had found these first. These also have the advantage of being easily removed if you want to use the magazine for its original application.
