I don't really know what I'm doing, but I make red wine I enjoy a lot with just frozen concentrate red grape juice from the supermarket, and this yeast. 15 cans concentrate plus water to make 3 gallons, add pre-hydrated yeast, and in a month I'm drinking homemade wine right from the fermenter spigot, hooray!!! I don't know squat about wine but I like mine!
