It is a nice book
I like the case studies in the book, although there are tons of typos in some of the cases. I had to buy it for an MBA course. Of course, I had a really tough time getting it because the person who sold it on Half.com was a fraud and never sent the textbook. I sent him/her messages and waited and I waited and I kept falling behind in class. All of that of course made no difference to Half.com who were of little help. In the end, out of desperation I bought the textbook at my University Store for $100, but not before I had spent an additional $12 buying two cases from the Harvard textbook. So eventually I spent $112 for a text book which Half.com had sold me for $75. I should have gone to Amazon. I am never buying anything from Half.com again. Oh, and eventually Half.com did refund my money.Read full review
