The book is very poorly written. Mostly the sort of self-affirmative nonsense you might catch in bad boomer memes, but not as compelling. Consists in the main of "STOP DOING THE BAD THINGS" and "BE A GOOD DOER OF THE THINGS YOU WANT TO DO GOOD" or some incompetant garble. Does not hold up to Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules. Not even close. It isn't even edgy.
