I use it to carefully disassemble shipping pallets. The wood is then handy to use for a lot of other products and projects. I formerly used a pry bar or a shovel to do this but wrecked more pallets than was worth it. It tends to pull up the wood without splitting the thin boards. Works especially well on newer condition pallets, but the ones with boards already split are still able to be salvaged. Glad I found out about it and bought one,

This is the most useful tool I have ever purchased. I recycle old pallets and this tool has made my life so much easier. I can dismantle a pallet in a minute. It takes longer to pull out all the nails after I have dismantled the pallet. I don't have t get my husband to help me pull apart the pallets anymore. Who ever makes this tool they should get it to Australia because there is nothing like it here, I have looked. Thanks you Duckbill.

I build tables from old pallets. I started with a hammer then pry bar to circler saw to sawsal. I lost time and money until this it has allowed me to shave hours off my turnaround time. Thanks

It's super solid - a quality tool. I make stuff from old pallets, and until now, I've always had my husband help me break up the pallets because it really is easier with a bit of muscle. But he's not always as keen to do it as I'd like... So I thought I'd do us both a favour and give this a go. I love it - it really does work brilliantly. Works better on some wood thicknesses/widths than others, but over all - I think it's great!
