This is by far the best charger for my new iPhone 8 Plus that I have tried. It works perfect no matter how I place the phone on the charger and through my iPhone case. This charger has its own AC adapter so it plugs directly into your AC outlet. I think this is why this unit works so well. I tried another wireless charger that required me to use the AC adapter that come with the phone, but had trouble with it so I returned it. I love this charger and highly recommend it. Rick

My Galaxy S5 has a hatch cover over the charging port to make the phone water resistant. That's great, and water reisistance is one reason I chose the phone. But the hatch cover means that the ordinary easel-type charger, which props the phone up so it can function as a nightstand clock, won't work. The hatch cover gets in the way of plugging in the phone. TYLT VU to the rescue ---- or so I thought. I put the Qi card into the phone and the charger did its job very well. However, unlike charging by plug-in, with wireless charging the Galaxy finds it necessary to beep and flash the home screen to alert me that it is charging up. And then the phone sits there for a half hour on the charging stand, showing me the clock and using a small amount of battery. And then it beeps and flashes its home screen to let me know again that it is charging wirelessly. This is not conducive to sleep. ln fact, I feel like a flim noir gumshoe, forced to spend the night in a seedy hotel with a flashing "EAT AT JOE'S" sign shining in the window. OK, you say, so just turn off the sound and dim the phone. But the whole point of having the phone by my bed is to be available for emergency calls. If it weren't for that, I'd just get a clock. Extensive internet research seems to yield no solution to this night-beeping and night-flashing problem except for "rooting" the phone, which I don't think a neophyte like me should risk. My work-around was to take the TYLT VU to the office and buy a kind of small "picture easel" you see used in curio cabinets. The easel is open at the bottom, so I can thread the cord up and plug it into the phone. But it's a real pain in the tuckas. Bottom line, if you have a Galaxy phone and you want to charge over night, make sure you aren't buying a night-beeper instead of a wireless charger before you buy the TYLT VU.Read full review

Love how stable it is. I can have phone resting on it, bump into it on my end table and it all stays in place. Does not take up much space either. Nice cord length. Charges my iPhone XR (in case) quickly. Very happy with this functional nice design. Plus, it looks good!

I have a Droid Turbo with an Otterbox Defender case. I just dropped it on this charger and started charging. Can't get any easier than that. Charging is not as fast as the original Turbo charger but I use it for overnight charging so it does not matter. Great Item.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thinking of buying a second one because my wife wont leave mine alone. It charges FAST, in half the time as a traditional charger and it was very inexpensive. I would recommend this charger to anyone that has a phone that is QI capable which I'm pretty sure is 99% of all phones.
