Great price for a sturdy product. My teen is 5'8" & needed a bottom bunk with enough clearance in order to sit up in bed & do her homework etc. This bottom bunk allows for her to do that. As far as the top bunk, there is plenty of head clearance for my very tall 5 yr old to crawl around & even sit up (we have 8 ft ceilings). The rungs on the ladder don't bother little feet, but they're rather uncomfortable for me to climb (200 lbs). The weight allowance is 200 lbs for the top bunk & 400 lbs for the bottom bunk, but I lay up top with my 5 yr old plus her mattress (almost 300 lbs altogether) & it's fine. The item arrived in a week in 1 box. Once daddy got all the pieces out & sorted it took about an hour & a half to assemble; and he's VERY mechanically inclined! But it was fairly easy, just took some time. Overall, it's a great product especially for the price. Highly recommended!Read full review

This is a good bunk for our purposes. Grandchildren visit a couple times a year, and this is a good solution for sleeping arrangements. It goes together fairly easily, but you need to pay attention to what you are doing, as the instructions are not thorough. Very solid once assembled. I placed plywood under the mattresses.

This is a really good buy, the quality of course is not over the top but definite more then I expected. It went together faster then I thought it would and the finished product is very sturdy. I gifted it to a family in need so I felt good all around.

Bought the bunk bed for my boys and they absolutely love it! It's very easy to put together and sturdy. Gives them more room for activities.

Flimsy and cheap metal. The Gray set looks far better in the picture than it does in person. Very clear instructions. Would NOT recommend.
