It's a combat site used by the Marines and the Army, so there is something to be said there as far as reliability and durability. Mine has maintained zero to 1/2MOA over 5-600 rounds. Extremely crisp glass, precision reticle. Great buy, I couldn't be happier with it.

This is a great combat scope. The green reticle is easy on the eye, it's built rugged and is easy to adjust without tools. I now have two of these scopes.

Can't beat the ACOG. In the army I had one with the doughnut reticle, which we didn't really love because it would obscure long range targets. We always heard rumors about getting the chevron model (a sister unit got those), but that never happened. So now I can say that the chevron is pretty awesome indeed.
