I think ever one should be on this diet. My husband is dicabetic this is the only diet I have bend able to keep him on . His insulin levels are more normal he has lose 18+ pds . I have been on it to and I have lose 8pds .I can not leave the protein bars alone. I highly recommend this book. Thank you for asking
I was told about the Zone from Crossfit.com. It is a great program, easily adjustable so anyone can stay with it. Does a great job explaining how foods work with your body and together in combinations. Buy it, Read it, Do it!
