I bought the and two other seasons after watching season 5 of the Whitest Kids U'Know on Netflix. The seasons are similar in quality. Some sketches are REALLY funny, most are offensive to anyone who hasn't watched the show, its short sketches similar to Little Britain or SNL when it use to be funny. I could do without the Trevor Moore's singing and long songs.... they may only be a few minutes but they all sound similar, his voice is monotone and I don't know why they continue to have his little music videos and he does the same dances in every video for example the bent arm like he is running and waving his hands.... and every song tends to be about drugs and getting lit up. On the bad sketches its really hard to watch or even listen, when two or more are in drag and using really high pitched voices and the jokes don't work I wish the skit would end but it keeps going.... but I couldn't stop watching.... Then they turn around and have a sketch that is just hilarious. The extras are near non-existent... I am not one of the three stoned guys... but I DID watch all 10 episodes with the commentary and it really isn't very good... at times they shed insight to when or where a skit idea was created, but they also just ramble about leaving to go to the bathroom and take calls on speaker phone. After watching the commentary I was wondering why I just sat through that, and I did watch all ten in one sit down... and sadly the guys were so funny at points ripping on each other that it was funnier than the skit they were commenting on.... not that they were that funny but some of the skits were that bad. PS the slow jerk skit was awesome... Darren's face when he's making eye contact and its just funny.Read full review
From the very outset of the first skecth (which involves a mishap with an IPod shuffle) it is clear that The Whitest Kids U Know, are also some of the funniest kids u know. This DVD is full of hilarious sketch comedy reminiscent of the Kids in the Hall. I personally love their skewed takes on history (like the assassination of Abraham Lincoln and their "European History"). If you haven't heard of them yet I would definitely reccommend checking them out. And if you do know who they are then why are you reading this review, you already know they're great.
this troupe of 5 guys make some of the funiest skits i have ever see, it is funny and clever-they are much funnier than my other favorite shows like key and peele, tosh.O and broad city They good as well but whitest kids u know made me laugh at another level

I sat with some friends and watched all 10 episodes. We all remarked at times how much it reminded us of early Monty Python. Especially when they were all in drag and talking in those screechy voices. Some of the sketches seemed rough but as the season wore on it seemed as if the group started hitting it's stride. There are some laugh-out-loud moments, some that leave you scratching your head and others that just didn't make any sense at all. However, given the way season one ended, I'm already looking forward to season two. The three season 2 previews were among the best on the DVD's!!
Off humor there is nothing sacred to this crew, gangsta rapping hitler? yup, Abe lincoln's death from being hammered in the ass? check, boobs? (I counted six). the pacing is relentless and some content is way funnier than others but it never fail st entertain.
