This is not a book I would pick up off the shelf. First, the title, ok, so you have to grab people's attention first, I get that, but the picture too is a little over the top. But after the recommendation of a few friends, one a Naturopathic Dr. I gave it a try. Suzanne Somers is giving us the advice it took her years of work and study to come by. Some things are such no brainers it makes you wonder why your dr. isn't telling you this stuff. S.S. did her homework and gives us the benefit of what she learned about bioidentical hormone therapy. She dispels a lot of myths, and goes in depth to sort out fact from fiction about the risk, dangers and benefits. If you want a good book on this topic I'd give Suzanne a try. She's really very smart.

It was very interesting but all of the suggestions she makes in the book are very expensive and I couldn't even find a doctor in my area that knew anything about the subject.
