There is more background information about the ballet and the dancers than I was interested in. The workout doesn't begin until about the middle of the book. Once you get to it, however, the photos and instructions are well done and fairly easy to follow. At the end they breakdown the collection of exercises into a few targeted workouts which is helpful.

There are stretches, warm ups and specific exercises for abdominals and legs that are sure to tone your body. There is even a ten-minute stretch and ab and total body workouts planned for you.
