This is a workout to do on the days you just don't feel up to all the energy you would need for other Firm work outs, or on an off day when you still want to do something. I am not a huge pilates fan; but I will use it from time to time for a change. The band provided - I personally did not find much of a challenge for my muscles & had to tighten it more at times to make it feel like I was working the muscle. It just seemed to stretch alot to me. Still a good, slow paced, overall workout.
I guess this is okay if you just like toning and use of the band. This is the second video that I've tried using a band (the first one by the Firm) and I just can't get into it. I miss the cardio portion that is present in most of other Firm videos. The ab section is great, but I have another Core training video from the Firm that works as well. If you're looking for little to no cardio, but some toning, this would be a great one for you. I just don't feel like it's been a great workout unless I'm significantly sweating. Just a personal preference.

I use these bands to work my upper body while I'm walking on the treadmill. I prefer the firm bands because they work your muscles harder. This band is exactly what I was looking for. Eventually, these bands will break, but I have a feeling that this one will last a long time.
I use this workout on days when my muscles are sore from my workouts with weights or when I don't feel like an intense workout. Even though it is a slower pace, I can still feel the workout and work up a sweat. I recommend it.
