I love this tape. I have a collection of The Firm tapes. Jiggle Free Buns REALLY works my butt and thighs. You can feel the burn, plus you get a cardio work out. I advise anyone (I am an advanced fitness person) to use light weights in the beginning and work your way up. Pam is great on the cues as usual. You know your getting results!!! Just keep consistant It is a tough wokbut, but its worth it. I highly recommend this tape.
I have a huge collection of the Firm workout dvds & I add this to my collection just recently. Even doing the Firm workouts 6 days a week - the first time I used this one I was surprised how much I felt it working my thighs & glutes. I would recommend this workout dvd to anyone who needs that little bit of extra attention paid to their lower half - it works! Another great dvd to add to your rotation!
Jiggle-Free Buns is a 30 minute workout that focuses on the lower body. It combines cardio activity with strength training. Despite the short amount of time, it is an intense, effective workout. The workout utilizes the "Transfirmer". There are a lot of squats, dips and lunges to give a really good sculpting workout. The cardio sections are fast-paced and fun. Instructor Pam Meriwether delivers some innovative moves, including "Hot Cross Buns". Overall, this workout packs an excellent lower-body workout, along with some intense cardio, into a 30 minute video. I've tried many FIRM workouts, and this is one of my favorites. For an extremely challenging workout, pair this dvd with Jiggle-Free Arms.
