I love this diet because it is very simple. I lost 9lbs the first week. If you want to see results; I recommend this diet. I will admit it is tough but you have to gain mental control. I noticed that I'm not usually hungry but my mind is craving everything. I have a drink of water or tea and I'm good.
Contains many interesting recipes. I can't wait to try some. I bought it to go along with the Rice Diet book. After reading some of the diet book, I don't think it's for me, but my family and I love rice, so the recipes won't go to waste.
You really don't need the Rice Diet book if you have this cookbook! The diet plan is laid out well and the recipes are great!
