Even though this was not a new item, the quality was very good. The videos were clear, no skips, scratches or other visual problems were found. The sound was clear, no static or fading was heard. I bought this product because this show was cancelled from a television station, and my young grandchildren love this series and were upset that they weren't going to be able to see it anymore. I was very pleased with the quality and condition of this series of DVD's, and I am sure that my grandchildren will get many years of enjoyment out of them.
The movies themselves are in good shape, but when we received the box set, the entire case was completely smashed and broken. Somehow the discs are all in working order. We didn't have time to send it back and get another one before Christmas so we kept this set, but now have a group of DVD's without a case!
