Great red dot for my 2 AR22's. Lightweight, easy to adjust, and bright red dot.

I have a S&W 22a pistol with a picatinny rail. But the long screws that tighten sight to gun will not adjust close enough or apart enough to use both screws, the spacing does not match my rail. I just used one to secure. It seems to be ok with one. I did have to spring the battery cap inside contacts to keep battery from moving around and losing connection. And the whole sight is coated with some strange coating that smudges whenever you put dust caps on or off or use a screwdriver to tighten rail of battery cap. Not sure why there are 11 settings because you cannot see the dot until about 10-11 in daylight. It did dial in well and hits center with pistol at approx 75-80 feet.

The nuts that fasten it down to the rail were a different size then the screw. They were close but wouldn't tighten down. They just kept turning like they were stripped. I had to go to the hardware store and buy some 4mm screws. Then I had to drill out the mounting holes ever so slightly to get the screws in. Now it is mounted solid. Other then that the sight works well. I would only recommend it if you were able to fix it like I did.

This red dot was inexpensive, so my expectation were low. I have had it on an AR 15 22lr upper for over 6 years now. It hits at 75 yard and doesn't need adjusting. Turn it off when not in use, and the batteries will last much longer. Batteries last me over a year.

Does not mount securely on 3/8" dovetail. Might be OK on full size Picatinny or Weaver rail
