Excellent sights
I have these same sights on all of my pistols. They work very well for me and it brings consistency to my sight pictures across the 3 brands of pistols that I own, Steyr, Glock, and S&W. They are rugged and show up well in day and night conditions. Not sure how long they last for night viewing, but that is secondary since I don't plan on pulling a trigger in total darkness, ever. Tfx pro's are not bright
The tfo model is way brighter at night. Daylight they are the same. The orange ring is useless. Flat dull not bright at all orange. The white would probably be better. Why would they screw up a great product the tfo. The orange needs to be like the ameriglo pro i dots, otherwise dont bother. Also they need to be brighter at night. Improvement over standard tritium/fiber optic combinations
The different color ring surrounding the rear of the front sight is a huge improvement! It makes it much easier for the operator to differentiate from the rear dots.and center the front sight into the notch. Some minor hand fitting required, which is a good thing. High quality well made sights. The red ring on the front, along with the hi viz show up extremely well during the day. The tritium also shows up as well in the dark as any night sight I have seen. Good sight, real pain to install.
Great well made day/night sight for SW MP45. You MUST have a press type gun sight removal tool. The sights also needed to be filed to fit. Both were about .010 inches too large for both front and rear. I don't recommend trying to beat the sight in with a drift or nylon punch. The xd mod2 already comes with really nice sights but these take it to the next level. I have a xds that I replaced the stock sights with the XS Big dot but I really like the TruGlo TFX PRO much more. You get a great sight picture and easy to pick up, in day or night. Excellent quality, great look, very nice sight picture.
I bought these sights (in orange) to replace the cheap factory sights on my Shield 2.0 9mm. I paid $109 for them, with shipping, which I thought was a little steep. I am very impressed with the quality of manufacture. They come with a note that advises the purchaser to check the tritium for brightness prior to opening the package by viewing them in the dark through the clear packaging. I did not read that note until after tearing the package open like a kid on Christmas. Fortunately, the sights I received glowed very nicely. They installed easily using my newly purchased Sight Master Sight Pusher tool. The sights make my Shield look really nice now, and they even provide a nice quick sight picture. The orange circle on the front post draws the eye pretty quick, and encourages focusing on it. I've only put around 100 rounds through the gun with these sights, and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Worth it
Got this for my M&P compact 9mm and i love them!! Totally worth it! Very bright on light and its also nice at night time. Fitment was spot on, i took it to a place to get them installed, didnt have the tools for install. Paid 25 bucks. I talked to them about TruGlo and they recommend me a few and thisnone was one of them. Also said they might come scratchet or paint off but they came in perfect condition.
