I got this book in on March Third and I have to say I love it. Not only is the information great but the pages are nice, thick and durable. I bought the spiral bound version so I could lay it open flat as I am working out and see the information without destroying it like the paperback version would be if I did that. The illustrations are fantastic and even more informative that I had thought when I first ordered the book. It also not only has weight lifting information but ways of stretching to not get injured. I wish I had had this a month and a half ago, I think I would have been able to avoid the full thickness rotator cuff tear that I now must have surgery on as I found something that I was doing wrong that may have led to this injury reading this just after I got it. I am not new to weightlifting but I was away from it since the late 1980's until last year and I can say that this book has lots of information in it some of which I knew but most of which I do not know. I look forward to learning from it.Read full review

AWESOME!!!! Great illustrations and easy for reference. I use this book everyday. It is very informative and lets the reader know exactly what muscles are being worked while doing a specific lift or stretch. It also shows and tells you the proper way to do an exercise and/ or stretch. I would recommend this for anybody who wants to get the most out of their time at the gym. A+++++
great book to invest in!! As a personal trainer this helps get little more insight of our body in a whole.
