Nice finish, decent action, and the great slender playable neck that Fender guitars are famous for. Though outsourced for manufacture; quality control of the Fender features are obvious. A quality product at an affordable price, perfect for the beginner. A fun "play around with" axe next to the desk. I'll teach my grandson to play it. R Brownlee ThElite - 1964/1966

This is an incredible value. I owned an original 66 Mustang when I was younger, and regretted having sold it years ago. I ordered the Squier version mainly for the nostalgia, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel of this guitar. The pickups are meaty, with plenty of power to push through the mix. The short scale neck make string bending a breeze. It is worth every penny, and then some.

This thing is great. It is a good guitar in general, but for the price it's an excellent guitar! That statement is coming from a guy who owns guitars worth $1000+, I totally bought this thing as a beater.. but heck I shined it up a few times just checking out the fine sparkle in the blue paint. Mine needed the typical new guitar setup.. same thing I do to my Fenders when new. Came intonated and such for the most part just needed some fine tuning. The back of the neck is pretty much raw/unfinished. But a lil 0000 steel wool, and 1-2 mins of elbow greese, it came out a nice satin feel. Very happy with this lil inexpensive geeetar.

very light weight, plays wonderful! I can't wait to plug it in, and see what it sounds like. Beautiful color also.

Sweet lil axe. I bought it because I have herniated lumbars and my Les Paul is twice the weight. It’s not a Les Paul but is a blast to play. Highly recommend this.
