This review is for a new Delica 4 in orange with flat ground blade. Knife is very sharp and action is similar to a Delica 4 I was lent by a friend. They are cheaper than the PM2 and P3 so they don’t have the smoothness but you can still open and close easily with one hand. This color makes the knife very easy to locate which is great because I tend to set them down everywhere. It appears to be genuine. The box had the serial number/item description that takes usually don’t come with. The color is a bit brighter than I expected. More highlighter orange than a pumpkin orange. The scale details are deep and the emblems are consistent again supporting that it is legit. Would recommend this seller/item.

The Delica 4 is a masterpiece, and is one of Spyderco greatest design. It is year of experience boils down to its core, Stripoff its fanciness, then forge out a birth of a great working knife. The knife is plain but is a very effective cutter. The blade steel though isn't top of the line it still holds an an edge for a good long while with minimum maintenance. The handle is grippy, the lock is tough, plus the knife is light enough not to be cumbersome, and the price is competitive. If you need a solid edc knife thats work, look no further, just buy a Delica you will not be disappoined.

I have several Spyderco knives; the Dragonfly with VG10 steel and G10 scales. The Delica 4 with VG-10 steel and FRN handles. One in gray and one in orange. A Street Bowie and now this Endura in safety orange. What can I say?! The full flat grind blades are great. The knives are perfect for EDC, camp kinives, food prep. Love the thumb hole for quick deployment. The clip is rock solid and can be moved to several positions. They come razor sharp from the factory and keep and edge for a long time. The spine lock is strong and sure. They take an edge pretty easily. they are just great knives. Have not owned a bad Spyderco yet!

I cant see anything that could be improved besides the one hand opening. It takes a little practice to open with one hand. The blade came unbelievably sharp and the steel is a high grade that will keep that sharp edge for a while. The lock up is as tight as it could be. Its light-weight and strong. It has inlayed steel liners with the plastic scales that feel high quality. The clip is large and gives you options to move it wherever you want. Ive used many benchmade and crkt knives and this is by far my most carried knife.

It's hard to tell from pictures and videos how ergonomic and well made this knife is. When I picked it up for the first time I was surprised how light it is and at the same time feels very sturdy. Pivot and lock is tight and has no play. Edge is razor sharp, already cut my fingers a few times. Although it might be a bit too short to prepare some food, like slicing apple etc.
