I have used mine to inflate a basketball and some rubber balls for the kids, and I think it works great. Stetting it up, it is easily cross-threaded leading to an improper seal and potentially damaging the cheap plastic threading, so take care. Once threaded properly, you'll want pliers to tighten that last little bit because it is tough to get enough torque with fingers alone; the small parts give poor grip. If you need just a basic hand pump to occasionally top off basketballs and things for the kids, this is perfect. I wouldn't trust it to withstand a whole lot of abuse, and if I were coach of a sports team, I would probably get a better one.

The pump is mainly made of cheap cardboard. First time using it the threading stripped so i unscrewed the hose and connected the tip directly to the pump. The second time using it the tip got stuck in a soccer ball.. The threading strips too easy

I bought this pump and used it once. Worked great. I stored it on a shelf, in the bag, away from anything heavy. Used it 3 months later, and it leaked air badly through the hose. Pump was ruined. It was impossible to inflate my b-ball faster than the air escaped it. Had to throw away after ONE USE! Stay away. Junk.

Not the best pump in the world but it did what I wanted. I had some kids balls that needed inflated and it worked fine. Now, would I trust this for something more important that needed higher pressure? Not sure. Hey, it was under $5! I don’t regret buying it.

I bought this product and used it 1 time and placed on a shelf the next time I went to use it the tip broke off completely. Unfortunately the item I bought it to be used with was late coming in so by the time I used it the 30 day return policy was past... Spend a few bucks more for better material.
