I love the picture I get with this tv. there is no motion blur as advertised by sony. great technology there. watched several football games and it looks great with no motion blur. vivid color as advertised by sony. it does mater what pic mode its in to get a good picture. I finally set mine to sports mode with color at 53% it looks great. hd up conversion is great as well. the bad is the guide does not work. I watch over the air and don't have a internet connection for the tv. so it wont work. also ive read in forums that people who do have a connection still cant get their guide to work reliably. so I can only flip channel up and down and press display to get a program description. ive never had a modern tv that didn't have a simple guide that worked. but for me the picture is worth the inconvenience. sony makes a good product other than the guide issue.Read full review

There is definitely some light bleed on the edges of the screen when the scene of what you're watching is dark. Videogames look incredible. So far pretty pleased with this purchase.

The Bravia was relatively easy to set up. There are a selection of apps that are featured, and some more that can be loaded on. However, many of those on a Roku are not available on this TV. Due to this lack of choice, I would have given it a 4.5-star rating if possible. The picture quality is superb, and there are many minute adjustments that can be made for motion and clarity that was not discernible to me. The usual settings work best for my general viewing. I thought i could retire my Roku, but I still have it hooked up for more choices, especially news channels. I do not have cable or satellite, so rely on streaming news. The android choices on the Bravia are limited in this aspect. Also, some of the loaded apps hang and lose their functionality on the Bravia, like the Sling TV app. I had to switch to the Roku to get Sling to work again, same with Fox Sports Go. The resolution quality on the Roku cannot be compared to the native app on the Bravia, so that's a bummer. Hope that Sony fixes this problem so the native apps work more seamlessly. All in all a nice upgrade for me. It was a toss-up between the LG65UH7700 and this Bravia, and most pro reviews rated the Sony just slightly better. I'm now curious how the LG would compare.Read full review

Mounted this unit on a wall in our great room, which is 24X18 with 30 foot ceilings. Great picture even with the overhead can lights on....Sound is a little to be desired but the added sound bar and Sub makes up for it...Easy to hang and hook up. Start up was easy as well.....
