Decent basic scope I mounted on Ruger 10/22 with a 22" barrel. I have an older model of the same scope on a Marlin 22 Mag rifle that I think is better (10 years old). The adjustments claim 1/4 MOA with each click - that's hardly the case - the adjustment is much less than that. The lense is clear and bright for a cheap scope and the cross hairs are thin enough not to obstruct a target at 50/100 yards. I've bought adjustable power Bushnell scopes for more money but they develope issues (even with the minimal recoil of a .22LR) while the more simple design of the fixed 4X seems stand up better. Good for a .22 or a .17 but I wouldn't put them even a .223 (just my opinion) because the recoil will probably kill them. The simple operation works well with beginning shooters.
Put this on a 10/22, after sighting in and adjusting eye relief it's a great scope, Silver color a close match for a stainless rifle....I'm going to change the Phillips screws to Allen head but I'm probably fussy. Good quality and fairly priced. We had flies buzzing around and and lighting on the orange targets....At 20 yards I was hitting them...That'll do

Use this scope on several .22's. Not the most expensive but a great deal for what it is and how it performs!

Excellent! Now I used this scope on a Savage 17 cal. It works excellently. Now, the mounts did not work for the .17. I had to buy new rings, but the scope is working as described. Very easy to use and adjust. I would say that this scope is perfect for any rim fire rifle out there. Worth the coin...........
