Worth the money.
These modules work from 1 HZ to 150 KHZ with adjustable duty cycle and work well for what they cost. I ran them on 5V because no instructions came with them and they worked well at that voltage. It appears that there is an on-board voltage regulator which could mean that it can handle higher supply voltages but I did not try it at higher voltages, My only complaint would be lack of information on the parametrics of the module. This device will produce a square wave with variable frequency and duty cycle. Very well suited to control or test a servo module for model aircraft or any servo that uses pulse width modulation. Would also make a good frequency generator with output from 1Hz to 150KHz. I purchased this item for use as a signal source used in test equipment. I found that this device not only performed as advertised, but that the two channels could be used independently according to the manufacturer. Cheap square wave gen, not bad, not great.
