My sister just gave me her Yukon with 275K miles. Was still running the original shocks of which two had leaked out oil. I installed these 4600 series and I’m guessing it’s closer to being like the stock system was originally. The old shocks were wore out and would bounce rear passengers badly. I don’t have air ride or leveling features so these were direct replacement for the regular shocks. It’s easier to change these if you lift the body off the suspension and use an air impact. You can leave the tires on. Overall, I’m very happy, the ride is comfortable and not too harsh. I rented a loaded 2020 Tahoe for 7 Day road trip. I would much rather drive this 02 than the new one. Seats were firm, suspension stiff. I’ll take the old school cruiser...with new Bilstein shocks!

Never thought shocks would have that much effect on how well a vehicle drives. These were installed on the front of an 03 Suburban that tended to wander like the steering had loose play, now it tracks straight, feels tight, made the truck a pleasure to drive again! Love them so much that I ordered the same series for the rear the day after installing these on front.

Awesome shocks. Feels like new. Quality shocks at a great price. I should have bought these years ago. Very impressed!

The ride is as good or better than original. Especially since this is a pickup converted to an suv with an “ off road” suspension. Rides as new and far better than our friends GMC Yukon with luxury “auto ride”, Yukon is all over road.
