This dvd had good solid old fashioned exercises that are really working for me. No fancy or bizarre contortions and a little boring it that's what you're looking for. I could see results after two weeks so I am happy. I only wish there was more tricep work. I just repeat the tricep portion of it, but other than that it's a good "down to the basics" dvd.
Did it for the first time today...not at all difficult, but once it was over, I could really feel the muscles in my arms. Short and to the point! Exactly what I was looking for!!
