I have not seen a decent self-winding watch since I was in my early teens, and I am closing fast on 60. So far, this thing has kept excellent time. It is a solid man's watch; weighty enough to know its there, but not so weighty or bulky as to be a nuisance and gaudy. The metallic sheen of this watch is brilliant, with a subtle matte contrast that absolutely sets it off. Very unique, in my opinion. The crystal backing giving an actual view of the workings of the watch was a sweet touch! Very, very, nicely done, guys! The band is sturdy and strongly built, with a King-pin type clasp that will not catch on something and accidentally open. I am a watch person; hate with a passion when without my watch, or looking for a new one. I am so extremely pleased with this one I can only recommend it with the highest of compliments. Does the watch’s winer suppose to lock for water resistance? Because it’s not locking when I turn it clockwise and holding the downwards. But I got good compliments from two watch dealers and repairers. They liked the all black body of the Seiko men’s automatic self-wind watch. I am liking the heaviness of this fine quality jewelry and all it toke. Was two watch bands links to make it snug fit on my wrist. I do say that this is a fine piece of men’s wear. And I am excited about the price!

It’s a nice watch but I returned it because the dial was to dark for me. I had a hard time reading the time especially at night. If this watch had luminescent hands and markers it would be a perfect watch. I like the style just can’t see it with my eyes.

This watch is way nicer looking in real life than the pictures. I have recieved many compliments on it. I took out a few links to make it fit but it was very easy. No special tools lots of howto's on youtube.

The watch is a beautiful watch with its charcoal color and elegant dial. It hacks and is an automatic watch however there are some flaws. It lacks any lumenescene which is a shame because Seiko does it well and it cannot be wound. The dial also glares more than I expected however for the great price that I got it at I cannot complain. It is a great watch and a quality watch to add to my collection.
