I really like this cookbook because the work is all done for me. The author includes the lists of ingredients (broken down by dairy, meat, condiments, etc.)at the beginning of the week's cooking. All I had to do was go to the grocery store and follow the lists of ingredients and the quantities that are supplied. The directions are easy to follow and a breakdown of carbs, fats, etc. are also included at the end of each recipe. Maybe I would give it a rating of excellent if the author came to my house and did the cooking for me as well. LOL I am considering getting the rest of the menus not just for dinner but breakfast and lunch as well. I have found that this cookbook is saving me money in groceries as well as time.
I picked a week in this cook book and made all the meals from week 2 from the fall section. They were awesome. If the rest of the cook book is this good my dinner will be saved for the year. It was very easy to follow and most of the ingredients I already had. Try it you will not be disappointed. Saved me from eating the same thing over and over again.

This is a great book full of recipes and weekly planning. I originally got this from our local library, as a suggestion from a friend, and after glancing through told myself that this is a must have for my kitchen. It gives you good ideas on meal planning and in a healthy low-carb way. I am happy to get my hands on my own copy of this book. It inspires me to try new dinners.
