I was really impressed with my new SanDisk Clip Sport MP3 player. I had to replace my old SanDisk that was 8 years old. This one while being small is very easy to read. It turns on quick just by holding the center button for a few seconds. No more small buttons, with the rocker panel froward, revere and play are easy to use on the fly. So far it has been in use for 3 hours and battery is still showing 2/3 full (this is the only feature that I find hard to see). With 8GB internal storage there is more then enough room for .mp3 formatted tunes. In all this is a good buy for the price.

What like best about it is it's storage (8 BG), the Folder option, its battery life, the fact that it has a timer, and it's screen. What I dislike the most is how hard it is to toggle from the timer to the music being played. I think it should be a little easier. Other than that, I like this product and have purchased some 4 of them already. I guess that also tells you this is not a product that will last forever

I really wanted a Clip or + but the Sport is 1/3 the cost these days. The software/controls are soooo slow. Press stop and it stops 30 sec later. What I miss the most is the feature to advance by chapter through audible books. Why would SanDisk eliminate that? Still, sound quality, memory and battery life are all good. Good for music. It does what it is supposed to do.

Great Sound. Easy to use. Simple music downloads from internet. Battery charges w/ computer USB...not replaceable, but hasn't run out so don't know how long will last. Accepts only Audible format audio books available from Amazon, not Overdrive format which the Phx library uses. 8GB is Huge. Overall a great buy. thx

SanDisk eliminated the feature PLAY ALL. Not good for people that use the player for audio books. Without PLAY ALL, after one chapter plays, it won't continue to the next one. Bad decision by SanDisk.
