It's convenient to use and a good "bang for your buck" or whatever the saying is. I recommend this product to anyone who just needs an MP3 player to listen to their music and doesn't want to load up their phones with all the storage the music takes up, and also for the people who don't want to carry around their heavy smartphones during workouts.

I can't get any Music out of it. I put my little microSDHO card slot and nothing. I've call WD line but they don't know how to set it up either. I have a lot of memory card slots. The first one I got years ago it just drop it the card right in and it worked.

I bought a brand new Clip Jam Mp3 player two years ago. Within a month, it had just suddenly stopped working. I contacted Sandisk, and they immediately responded with instructions for return. I had to send photos of the product, the UPC on the end of the box it came in, and a photo of the original purchase receipt. Sandisk then sent me an email with a shipping label and return authorization. About a week after shipping the broken Mp3 player back, a replacement arrived. This one worked for about six to eight months before it, too, needed replacement under Sandisk's two year warranty. Same process, pictures, emails, return authorization, new Mp3 player. This process was then repeated once again less than a year later. After this replacement, I lost the paperwork, and was unable to send in the third player when it, too, quit after a few months. So I had to buy a brand new one. This one lasted a mere 30 days before quitting, and was used on only three occasions. Now, I believe that this Mp3 player, which includes a FM radio (the reason I bought it) may work perfectly well for anyone wishing to wear it for walking, or just wearing while out doing errands. However, it most certainly does not hold up to wearing while doing any kind of intense exercise, specifically running. I tried clipping it to locations where it wouldn't get exposed to sweat, excessive body heat, or direct sun. But, it simply does not seem to hold up. The good: radio gets pretty good reception using the headphone cords as antenna, and sound quality is surprisingly good. It is extremely lightweight, and the clip on it is really well made. The Clip Jam is also very easy to use. Easy to find and operate menu selections. Overall, if Sandisk would just manufacture this thing to higher standards so it would hold up to the rigors of being used during exercise, it would be great. Sadly, it fails in this. And really, what other reason would someone want a wearable Mp3 player/radio, except to be able to listen to music while exercising.Read full review

Very good for what I wanted: a simple way to play music without the shady features a cell phone has. Takes a little bit of time to learn the controls, but not difficult.
