I think the Stratosphere Galaxy is the best cell phone ever . No bloatware, great keyboard texting, best app. recorder with clear sound , long battery life, never ever dropped a call, even took great pictures and shot incredible video better than my Pixel 2XL and group texting was easy. Every app is smooth easy to use. and it is easy carrying phone .I had to get a Google Pixel 2 XL for work and it is not even as good as my Samsung Stratosphere Galaxy 2 owned two for good reason.

i initially couldnt have any service on this phone due to a call block because this partucular device was never supposed to be in circulation. verizon's computer sees this phone as a tablet therefore i am unable to have caller ID nor voicemail. mint condition? yes, very much so. fully functional? no....not at all.

First not is the phone is a bit heavy as compared to the one it is replacing, but heavy is not bad, it means the frame is sturdy. Screen is crisp and well illuminated. I have not tested the audio quality yet. The size is right for the holder I am using but as a result the keys are still a little small for my hands. Right now I feel good about the purchase.

If you like a slide-out keyboard like I do, this is one of the best Android phones you can get. Verizon coverage is second to none, and it has 4G speed. However, Verizon upgraded these to version 4.1 at some point (a huge improvement over 4.0). Do yourself a favor and find one that's already been upgraded - I haven't been able to get mine to upgrade.

My husband loved his basic phone with slide out keyboard, so when I upgraded him to a smartphone, he didn't like the onscreen keyboard. This phone is almost identical to the phone he liked so much except it also has all the extras a smartphone provides. He is getting used to the shorter battery life (as compared to his basic phone) and is having fun putting apps in his new phone. It arrived earlier than promised and was easy to set up once I also bought a SIM card (which is not included) Without the card it can still be used as a wifi only device.
