The Galaxy S7 is a very good phone. I ordered the refurbished one direct from Verizon. It arrived in excellent condition, almost indistinguishable from brand new. The biggest drawback for this model and all following ones is that it does not have a user replaceable battery. That's why I answered no to whether it has long battery life. It probably does when the battery is new, but these are refurbs that were previously used for a year or two or three, so the battery is not new and does not last as long as the specs say. The fingerprint reader on this S7 is much better than on the S5 that i had up until now. It's built in to the Home button, and it reads the print without having to slide the finger over it. That makes it much easier to unlock with a single button press if you use the finger that you used to set up the fingerprint unlock. The S7 camera (and those in following models) is 12 megapixels instead of the 16 MP in the S5. I don't know why they downgraded the resolution. The S7 refurb comes with Android 8. The S5 started with Android 4 and can only upgrade to 6. The S7 also has 32 GB internal memory compared to 16 on the S5. The camera on this is great..but that is where it ends...Everyone says I sound muffled when I talk thru it, I can't figure how to pair my bluetooth to it, and when I am using waze and the phone rings, using speaker phone, my waze stops working...never had any of these issue with my note4 and I am googling constantly trying to figure out what to fix on this..
