I decided to buy this particular phone because I had gotten one for my mother and hers seemed to work better than mine. Hadn't had a Samsung in years, but I think their quality now might be a little more dependable than the well known brands we had been buying. This phone is easy to use and I love the big number feature (both buttons and on the screen). I do not like the ringtones - at all. The recording feature is pretty good, but not good enough to record your own ringtone (and I'm just not spending money to download ringtones). The texting is a little slow, but certainly adequate for someone over the age of 25. The directional buttons are a bit on the small side. Your working room is narrow and it is easy to slip and hit something else - but that is a small inconvenience compared to the other features that are more important to me. I don't use the Bluetooth feature, so can't comment on that. Everything else seems to work well and is very user-friendly. I wanted a new phone because my other one (different brand) had such lousy reception. I have been very pleased with the reception, no dropped calls, and the speaker phone. This is a very professional looking and functioning phone. It is slim, has the airline feature, great camera functions, very readable screen, and for the price it is a really great phone. I did not rate it as Excellent only because this is the first Samsung phone, of the twelve models that my family and I have owned, that has what I would call short battery life. At first I thought I might have gotten a bad battery so I bought a brand new OEM battery and it does the same thing. I have to recharge every other day and if my kids get in a mood to text dad just a little too often I need to charge every night. As a family we've had probably more than 30 Samsumg phones within the 12 models mentioned above and we've never had one that sucked this much juice. This is not a phone for a texting machine kid. This is a great phone for an adult who will notice that the battery is low and will charge it accordingly. All in all I am using this as my every day phone and I'm very happy with it. If you want to stay with a flip phone that is full of features but not quite a PDA this is the best phone for the price.Read full review
I have had this phone for 2+ years and it still works like a charm. The battery life is pretty good and I like the speakerphone. I have dropped this phone a few times and it's very durable. The phone still looks good except the back of the phone tends to scratch easily. I haven't had any problems with losing a call or the reception. The internet connection is somwhat slow. This phone is a good value and easy to use.
I love the product because it is almost exactly like the one my husband destroyed in the washer.. I like the product because it takes fine pictures and has a cable to transfer pictures to my computer. It is easy to operate and is easy to put in my sim card and begin using. It's easy to save numbers and can be connected to a bluetooth.
Camera is easy to use. Phone is easy to use. Numbers are large, easy to read. It is nice looking, and small. It is durable. For the price, it is great.
