The Chinese Triads have a secret to keep. Jackie and Tucker set out to Paris to find what the secret is. This forms the pin-point juncture of the movie surrounding which the plot revolves. Fun Packed, with a large chunk of recycled jokes with too little of Jackie Chan action , thats what I felt of the movie from a totally neutral perspective. But being a Jackie Chan fan that I am , the movie is an entertainer with loads of fun n chicks. Rush hour 3 evolves on predictable lines ,but still entertainment quotient remains pretty high throughout. The on screen chemistry between Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker is simply rocking . But for an avid Jackie fan like me nothing pains more than a movie , with him in the rolls and yet , not having the traditional breathtaking Jackie Stunts. But for a man aged 53 Jackie is still more fast , agile and flexible than most of his much younger co-stars. The last stunt atop the Eiffel tower was a masterstroke with Jackie and Tucker defying height and gravity to put up a creditable show .But yeah, the movie ought to be a disappointment for those who expected a still young, reckless and crazy Jackie running around and kicking arse of the do-no-gooders. There is less of the traditional slap stick comedy that one associates with Jackie Chan movies. On the whole, a must watch for Jackie fans with a very high quotient of entertainment value .Read full review
Good Movie; Good entertainment; I can see where many RUSHED to see this movie; but I also see many "Naive mommies and daddies" RUSHing for the exits because it has a little bit of profanity to it. Yeah, like "I don't want little Tommy to hear such language." Regardless, lots of action (per usual), funny, entertaining. Just don't have anything in your mouth, liquid OR solid OR BOTH when Chris is on the screen..........you just might involuntarily lose it!! I don't know where Hollywood dug up this character but that is EXACTLY what he is.....one crazy a _ _ character who is funny, funny, funny. Joe 8148
Another classic Modern Jackie Chan movie. Chris Tucker is also very funny, Some adult humor so beware with your kids, The storyline is engaging and keeps your attention amidst the laughs, Jackie is amazing still doing his own stunts, Not a Martial Arts movie but there is some in it. Usually sequals are not that good. Rush Hour 3 delivers the goods enough to hope for a 4th installment, If you love Jackie and enjoy him with Chris Tucker get this movie you wont be sorry. Oh yeah dont forget the Mushu!! :D

The first 2 movies of the "Rush Hour" franchise brought a fresh take on buddy cop movies. However, "Rush Hour 3" was just a recycled formula that didn't bring in new jokes. Chris Tucker still needs to use Michael Jackson moves to get a laugh in and Jackie Chan didnt get a good character development from the start. While I still laughed, I just felt that it was a tired formula. I bought this movie for my son - he loves all the jokes (wait til he hits my age and will learn to analyze films from a different perspective!) 2.5 out of 5 stars - JP
I enjoyed this 2 disc platinum edition, because they included all 8 deleted scenes from the movie. Also, I’m so excited to see the new movie of rush hour 4 for next year.
