When I asked my dermatologist if there was anything OTC for evening out skin tones, he said, "only RoC". Sooo, I bought some. I am using this product on my arms rather than my face. I am fair-skined and freckled so I DO use sunscreen and wear lightweight long sleeves when out and about. We live in the desert southwest and the sun can be brutal.
